The Director of Care Delivery oversees the care management of a population of residents within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. This position is responsible for the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under the scope of the State’s Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure, and coordinating resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with the center’s clinical systems and regulatory agencies.

At least two years experience in health care setting; With one year supervisory experience.
EDUCATION:
Currently licensed in the state as RN; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
