The Assistant Director of Nursing will:
Assist in coordinating the activities of Nursing Services with other departments to achieve and maintain efficient and competent Nursing Service
Promote and maintain harmonious relationships among personnel, medical staff, residents and others
Inform the Director of Nursing of activities and special problems related to nursing care of the residents
Assume responsibility for the Nursing Department
Coordinate Rehab Nursing Program to improve the quality of life for all residents
Schedule and participate in Skin Care Rounds with the Medical Director and Dietary
Maintain statistics on pressure sores
Serve as a member of the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee

Required Skills
5+ years of experience as RN
2 years of supervisory experience in a long-term care environmentBSN
