Key Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or (GED). Three to six months related experience required, 1 year preferred. Experience working with elderly and memory impaired. Must have CNA Certification.

Wynwood at Forsgate, a provider of luxury senior living, has an immediate opportunity for full-time, part time and weekend Certified Nursing Assistants.

The selected CNA will provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs, and encourage independence.


The ideal candidates will be goal focused, customer service oriented, and will enjoy making a commitment to meeting the needs of our older adults.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.

You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.

Recording and reporting changes in resident’s eating habits to supervisor.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We seek the following qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or (GED).
Three to six months related experience required-1 year preferred.
Experience working with elderly and memory impaired.
Must have CNA Certification
