DIRECTOR OF NURSING

North Jersey Development Center is seeking a Director of Nursing, who, under administrative guidance, provides strong leadership in the planning and delivery of quality client care services to developmentally disabled adults according to Federal and State standards.

NJDC seeks an individual with a passion to lead, a drive to innovate and the ability to take responsibility for continuous departmental improvements.

Position requires a BSN and 7+ years experience as a Registered Nurse, 3 of which must be in a supervisory capacity involving the care and treatment of developmentally disabled, psychiatric or geriatric individuals. A Master’s in Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing, Nursing Education, Nursing Administration, or Health Services Administration may be substituted for 1 year of non-supervisory experience.
