Responsibilities for the Director of Nursing include:

Planning, managing, and coordinating clinical operations of the company to ensure efficient provision of quality home care services according to Federal, State, and local regulations and JCAHO standards

Directing and administering quality patient care services
Overseeing the implementation of appropriate reimbursement practices and decisions to assure that clinical services are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner

Compiling information related to operations

Preparing summaries and reports for submission to the leadership staff

Participating in performance improvement programs and analyzing outcomes/findings for operational implications

Required SKills:
5+ years of RN experience
Knowledge of infusion and home care services
AAS

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of QA, PI, and HIPAA regulations
